NIPR, TAF Africa Sign MoU to Promote Inclusivity Among PWD Community
NIPR President and Chairman of Council, Dr. Ike Neliaku on Tuesday, July 9 led a delegation comprising the Vice President, Prof. Emmanuel Dandaura, the Registrar, Chief Uzoma Onyegbadue, other Council and senior members of the Institute on a courtesy visit to Amb. Jake Epelle the founder of TAF Africa in Abuja.
The visit provided an opportunity for both organisations to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) seeking to increase advocacy for the effective mainstreaming of Persons With Disabilities (PWD) in various sectors of human endeavour in the country.
The agreement is expected to upscale engagement for persons with disabilities, skills and capacity building, knowledge sharing and technical resource leveraging, programme design, policy interventions and more.
