Raymond Dokpesi Annual Lecture Series for Communication and Development taking place every Oct 25 is in honour of late media mogul, Raymond Aleogho Dokpesi, the founder of DAAR Communications Plc for his contributions towards development of media and communication space in Nigeria as the founder of first independent radio and TV in Nigeria.
