Bauchi State Governor Hosts NIPR Leadership
NIPR President and Chairman of Council, Dr. Ike Neliaku on Thursday, September 5, 2024 led a high-powered delegation of the Institute's leadership to the Bauchi State Government House for an engagement with the Executive Governor, Sen. Bala Mohammed on critical issues of national development and promotion of the ideals of the NIPR.
During the visit, the governor, an NIPR Diamond Anniversary awardee was officially presented with his Diamond Prize for Excellence in Service Delivery (State) along with N250,000 cheque prize money.
The Governor, Sen. Mohammed described NIPR President as one of the best that Nigeria has ever produced.
He expressed confidence that the leadership of Dr. Ike Neliaku will make a remarkable impact in the development of the nation as a whole.
Earlier, the President participated in the Bauchi State Chapter AGM/Conference where he performed investiture ceremony on the Emir of Bauchi, HRH, Alh. (Dr.) Rilwanu Sulaiman Adamu.
He also advocated a strong partnership between the Institute and Traditional Institutions in Nigeria.
